After studying in London and Vienna Roger returned to Brisbane to continue playing with the Queensland Philharmonic Orchestra. In 1999 he then moved to Melbourne to join the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra.
His musical interests include chamber music and he performs regularly with various members of the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra. He is also very interested in jazz and has recently started performing with his jazz trio.
