We are dedicated to ensuring all of our performances and spaces are accessible, safe and welcoming to every music-lover.
All of our venues are accessible for audiences using wheelchairs, walkers, crutches or mobility scooters. We offer flexible seating arrangements for anyone with mobility requirements, which can include removable seats, wheelchair/scooter spaces or bays, seats situated on aisles, with minimal or no stairs, close to entry points, or with moveable arm rests.
Companion Card-holders are eligible for a complimentary companion ticket to all performances. To book, please call our Box Office team on (03) 9929 9600, between the hours of 10am–6pm, Monday to Friday. Please note, Companion Card tickets can only be collected at the venue once a valid Companion Card has been presented.
Patrons with Carer cards are elibible for a concession price companion ticket to all performances. These tickets can be booked online, over the phone, or in person.
Relaxed performances are for anyone who would benefit from a more relaxed concert environment. This includes but is not limited to people with autism, sensory sensitivities, learning disabilities, dementia as well as those living with anxiety or who have experienced trauma.
These performances are open to everyone, and are designed to create a safe and welcoming environment. Throughout the performance there is a relaxed attitude to noise, doors remain open and although the lights are dimmed, they remain on throughout the concert. Seating is usually General Admission, and patrons are welcome to leave the auditorium to take a break, with a designated quiet area available.
