Tenor Matthew Reardon is a graduate of The Western Australia Academy of Performing Arts and the International Academy of Voice in Cardiff. He was the recipient of a scholarship from the Melba Opera Trust in 2013 and 2014.
Professional engagements include Deborah Cheetham Fraillon’s Pecan Summer, Pinkerton (Madame Butterfly) and DonJose (Carmen) for Opera Australia, Cavardossi (Tosca) with the Australian Discovery Orchestra, Master of Ceremonies (The Duel), Impresario (Der Schauspieldirektor) and Vaudemont (Iolanta) for West Australian Opera, Roméo (Romeo and Juliet) for Festival Opera and Tony in Terrence McNally’s Masterlass for the Ensemble Theatre.
