Autumn Rail Construction Blitz

Between Monday 1 April and Tuesday 23 April, construction works will continue across the metropolitan and regional train networks to build the Metro Tunnel, remove level crossings and upgrade regional lines.

This will involve delays to your journey, as well as more people using roads, tram services and different train lines if their regular journey is disrupted. We encourage you to plan ahead, allow more time for your journey, avoid the peak if you can and consider alternatives where possible.
