Details
About the Performance
A night of celebration awaits with Benjamin Northey at the helm!
The opening bars of Dvořák’s Carnival Overture leap off the page with tremendous energy and the joyful nature of the ending of Brahms’ First Symphony has a similar effect.
Australian rising star violinist, Harry Bennetts, makes his MSO debut and performs a wonderful concerto by a genius of 20th century classical and film music, the Austrian composer Erich Korngold.
Enjoy this evening of romantic classics with the MSO.
