Join Melbourne Symphony Orchestra for a relaxed and autism friendly performance specifically designed for young people, families and carers experiencing or managing Down Syndrome, autism spectrum disorder or sensory and communication disorders.

Pixar in Concert is a compilation of all of your Pixar favourites showing on the big screen with the Orchestra on the stage in front playing the score.

From the Toy Story trilogy to The Incredibles and Up, Pixar has given us some of the most beloved characters in cinematic history. In a special school holiday spectacular the MSO presents all your favourite animated moments like you’ve never heard or seen them before: live in concert.

Visually stunning, in high-definition, this  multi-media family show features montages of memorable clips from Pixar’s most popular films including Cars, Finding Nemo, Wall-E, Ratatouille and Monsters Inc.

This performance will take place in Hamer Hall, a safe and relaxed environment with various elements adapted to reduce anxiety and discomfort. As a concertgoer, you can expect:

  • Online pre-concert resources
  • A relaxed attitude to noise and movement during the concert
  • Lights to stay on during the concert
  • Chill-out break areas
  • General admission seating with reduced capacity
