Team Wagner leads the charge, as award-winning conductor Asher Fisch fronts the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra and soprano Lisa Gasteen for an evening of Wagnerian mastery.

Both individually renowned for their powerful interpretations of Wagner’s operas, Lisa Gasteen and Asher Fisch collaborate with the MSO in a survey of some of Wagner’s greatest romantic works, bringing unparalleled depth to the operatic richness of his compositions.

Prior to the concert, join Fisch in conversation with the Managing Director of London’s Barbican Centre, Sir Nicholas Kenyon, as they discuss Brahms and Wagner, delving into their rivalry and their music.
