Past Performances

Purchase Assurance

As we look forward to the return of live performances in 2021, you can book tickets with the assurance that, should concerts subsequently be cancelled or rescheduled due to COVID-19 restrictions, you will be eligible for a full refund – including booking fees. As well, if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms on the day of your performance, we will extend flexible ticket exchange options to you.

Please ensure that your contact details on file are current, including email address and phone number, so that we may be in touch with any updates.

Cancelled performances

If your MSO performance is cancelled, you will be eligible for a full refund of your ticket purchase including booking fees. Tickets purchased by credit card will be automatically refunded on the date of the scheduled performance, and may take 10 business days to be credited to your account. If your ticket(s) were purchased with cash, gift card or MSO Concert Cash card, please email our Box Office at boxoffice@mso.com.au to arrange a refund.

Rescheduled performances

For rescheduled concerts, we will contact ticket buyers with new dates once they are confirmed. We thank you for your patience during this time.

If you are an existing ticket holder, you will retain your tickets for the new concert date. Reseating may be required in line with government regulations for social distancing. Alternatively if you would like to request a refund, or to donate your order, please email the team at boxoffice@mso.com.au as soon as you can.

If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or are required to quarantine

If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or are required to quarantine on the day of your performance, please contact the MSO Box Office by phone or email at your earliest convenience, at least 5 hours prior to the concert start time. You may exchange your tickets to another MSO performance or receive a gift card for the value of your tickets, valid for 3 years from date of issue.
