Cancelled and Rescheduled Concerts
RESCHEDULED CONCERTS
What are my options?
For rescheduled concerts, the MSO will contact ticket buyers with new dates once they are confirmed. Please ensure your mailing address and contact information up to date so we can reach you. Due to social distancing restrictions and / or venue changes, you may need to repurchase tickets for rescheduled concerts. If this is the case, we will automatically refund your original purchase, and give you an exclusive presale window in which to purchase new tickets prior to the general public.
- Fantasia, Skyfall or Harry Potter – Keep your tickets
If you are a ticket holder, you will automatically retain your seats for the new concert date(s), and your new ticket(s) will be posted out or available for collection. Please ensure your mailing address and contact information up to date so we can reach you with new dates as they are confirmed.
- Chinese New Year 2021 – Keep your tickets
This performance has been rescheduled for Saturday 13 March and is now called East Meets West: A Prayer for the World. If you are a ticket holder, you will automatically retain your seats for the new concert date.
- WATA: a Gathering for Manikay Performers, Improvising Soloists and Orchestra – Keep your tickets
Due to Victoria’s recent snap lockdown, and the uncertainty of artists travelling into and out of Melbourne, the Wilfred brothers have been unable to join us for the originally planned dates. These performances have been rescheduled to Wednesday 31 March and Thursday 1 April 2021. Ticket holders have been contacted via email. If you have further questions, please contact our Box Office at boxoffice@mso.com.au
- Request a refund
If you are no longer able to attend, or wish not to, you are entitled to request a refund. You can do this by emailing the team at boxoffice@mso.com.au within 10 days of receiving the announcement of the new concert dates. Please provide your name, your order number, and best contact phone number
- Donate your ticket
If you can no longer attend the concert, please consider making a tax-deductible donation of the value of your ticket back to the MSO, to help us keep the music going. To do this, please email boxoffice@mso.com.au prior to the concert date. We thank you for choosing to support us in this way.
