On Tuesday 27 October, we are celebrating the 120th anniversary of Melbourne Symphony Orchestra with our first Giving Day. For every dollar donated, your impact will be TRIPLED thanks to our generous matched-giving donors. Your support will help make the MSO an Orchestra for all Victorians.
Created by our community, the MSO has always belonged to the community, reflecting Melbourne’s changing culture as the city evolved. And as Melbourne continues to grow, our Orchestra must grow with it.

We’re helping children discover an Orchestra for the first time. Creating performances where people with disability can participate and belong. Welcoming people who have never imagined the Orchestra was for them. And giving Melbourne’s emerging artists opportunities to create, perform and lead.
