In 1801 Beethoven was in a state of discontent with his musical output. His next work, the Eroica would change everything. Bold and revolutionary, his Third Symphony charts a journey of resilience and renewal on astonishing orchestral scale.
Rodolfo Barráez returns to conduct this concert which features the winner of the 2026 Lev Vlassenko Piano Competition, Sheng-Yuan Lynch, as well as a world premiere by Cybec Young Composer in Residence Lucy Blomfield.
