Chopin Piano Concerto No.2
Beethoven Triple Concerto
It would be Beethoven’s best balancing act.
Rather than elevating a single soloist, his Triple Concerto brings piano, violin, and cello together as equal partners, transforming individual virtuosity into collaboration and creating a work of camaraderie and collective joy.
This musical conversation comes alive through Cybec Assistant Conductor Daniel Corvaia, Concertmaster Natalie Chee, Australian cellist Charlotte Miles and international piano star Alexandra Dariescu.
Alexandra also joins the Orchestra for Chopin's Piano Concerto No.2. At its heart lies a deeply tender second movement, exquisitely melodic, while the spirited finale brings the work to a charming, dance-like close.
