About this performance
Ben Folds reunites with the MSO this January, and he's bringing his songbook with him.
Piano-pounding pop icon, chart-topping storyteller, classical composer: Ben Folds contains multitudes, and this January he brings all of them to the stage with the MSO. Expect the hits with the full Melbourne Symphony Orchestra behind them, and a concert that is quintessentially Ben Folds.
Folds says: "Sharing the stage with an orchestra as my band is an honour I don't take lightly. I consider them among the finest musicians in the world and together we offer audiences a musical experience like no other.”
