Please note: your submission is not a confirmed order. For Schools' Concert and Open Rehearsal bookings, you will receive a notification from the MSO Box Office within 5 business days when your request has been processed and your order confirmed.

Seating Requirements

If you are booking for more than one event and have different seating requirements for each, please specify in the fields below.

Final attendee numbers and payment are due two weeks prior to the performance.

Film / Photography Release

The MSO may film and photograph concerts. If you do not wish for your students to be filmed or photographed, please email schools@mso.com.au.

School booking requests submitted by a parent, guardian, or third party on behalf of a student enrolled in a school, including requests to accompany a student to an MSO for Schools’ concert, will not be confirmed without written consent from the school (e.g., excursion leader or Principal). MSO reserves the right to cancel or decline any booking that is not approved by the school.

Homeschooling families may book for MSO for School programs. However, we may request proof of registration with the Home Education Network during the booking process.

All changes to school bookings must be requested by the excursion leader or by someone endorsed by the excursion leader. Requests from parents, guardians, or third parties will not be accepted without approval.
