Enjoy an authentic MSO concert experience from the comfort of your classroom by engaging with our suite of exciting and inspiring curriculum-linked digital resources!

Resources are divided into three categories:

Discover 1. DISCOVER Inspired by MSO’s highly successful 2017 regional touring program, use this complete set of resources to design a music unit built around preparing and performing Eric Avery’s Yananha, a work in Indigenous language; recommended for students working at primary/early secondary levels, and teachers of either generalist or specialist backgrounds

Explore 2. EXPLORE Stand-alone resources to use in your classroom; recommended for students and teachers of any level of musical experience (includes interviews with musicians about concert preparation and instrument care)

Extend 3. EXTEND Now it’s time to engage with a full-length concert; recommended for secondary students and/or students enrolled in a specialist music stream
