Burt Bacharach Rescheduled

The Melbourne Symphony Orchestra's forthcoming Burt Bacharach performances at the Arts Centre, Hamer Hall, scheduled for 11, 12 and 13 March, have been postponed for medical reasons. The legendary hit-maker is recuperating from recent back surgery in Los Angeles and, with an excellent prognosis, will return to Australia in November 2010.

The Melbourne concert date on Mr Bacharach's highly anticipated 2010 Australian tour with his band and the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra has been rescheduled – for one performance only – for Saturday 20 November 2010 at 8pm at the Melbourne Convention Centre.

How do I exchange my tickets from the cancelled Hamer Hall performance to the new November performance at the Melbourne Convention Centre?

Hamer Hall will be closed from July this year for extensive renovations. As the November performance takes place in a different venue, a simple exchange is, unfortunately, not possible. You will need to return your tickets for a full refund – see instructions below – and then, in a separate transaction, purchase tickets for the new performance. How do I obtain a refund?

If you purchased your tickets by phone or over the internet from Ticketmaster, please return your tickets to:
